MILLS

CEMTEC mills are available in a wide variety of designs, sizes and power capacities. Each machine is tailor-made according to the requirements of individual customers.

The design and size of CEMTEC grinding mills and grinding plants depend on the raw material used and the product characteristics required. CEMTEC’s qualified staff has the know-how and all essential facilities and tools to develop, in close co-operation with the customer, a perfect solution for each client’s success.

The parameters for each individual application can be verified in CEMTEC’s pilot test plant and laboratory. With this kind of pilot test CEMTEC can guarantee its clients that the selected solution will perform according to the customer’s requirements and that the selected processing equipment matches with the required process conditions.

CEMENT MILLS

Two-chamber ball mills for the cement industry are available in different designs. The bearings can be either trunnion bearings or slide shoe bearings. The drive can be configured as a gear rim and pinion, lateral or central drive. If the process material is moist, cement mills can also be configured with a drying chamber. The drying chamber can be either integrated in the mill or flange-mounted. The mill shell can be configured equally easily in one piece or (for transport reasons) in several pieces.

BALL MILLS FOR WET AND DRY GRINDING APPLICATIONS

CEMTEC supplies grinding solutions with ball and pebble mills by wet and dry process in closed or open circuits. These mills are available with trunnion, slide shoe and roller bearings and with gear rim/pinion, direct meshing and central drive and can be delivered with rubber, steel or ceramic lining. Also several feed- and discharge arrangements are available.

ROD MILLS FOR WET AND DRY GRINDING APPLICATIONS

CEMTEC supplies grinding solutions with rod mills by wet and dry process. These mills are available with trunnion, slide shoe and roller bearings and with gear rim/pinion, direct meshing and central drive and can be delivered with rubber or steel lining. Also several feed- and discharge arrangements are available.

AUTOGENOUS (AG) AND SEMI-AUTOGENOUS (SAG) MILLS

Fully autogenous and semi-autogenous mills as aggregates for pre-grinding of minerals and ores and grinding waste such as bulky refuse. AG and SAG mills can be configured both for the dry grinding process and for the wet grinding process. The bearings are hydrostatic trunnion bearings or slide shoe bearings. The drive is usually in the form of a gear rim / pinion or direct meshing drive. Our product range includes sizes from laboratory scale up to a diameter of 10 m and more. These mills have a multi-part, flanged design for transport reasons.

VERTICAL ROLLER MILLS

The CEMTEC vertical roller mill is a completely new and innovative design and a further step to more efficient grinding of soft and medium-hard products. It combines established technical features with a new innovative support and drive system. As a result of this new system the forces generated by the grinding action are retained within the mill structure and not conducted to the foundations. This makes civil engineering works less expensive.

Vertical roller mills are the right choice for plant capacities between 2-40 tph covering product size ranges from 100 % < 10 µm to coarse 100 % < 500 µm particle size distributions.

LABORATORY MILLS

CEMTEC’S product portfolio also includes different types of laboratory mills in horizontal and vertical design. These mills are used for the determination of the specific grinding energy requirement of minerals and bulk solids in kWh/t.
