The demand for raw materials such as iron ore, copper, gold, lead and zinc is continually rising. We attempt to meet the resultant challenges in regard to product fineness, coupled with specific energy consumption and throughput, through a perfect coordination of raw material and mill.

Particular importance is attached to grinding in today's processing plants, not least because of ever increasing energy prices. Thanks to its longstanding experience, CEMTEC is today able to widely cover the comminution range with its products; no matter whether in pre-grinding with autogenous or semi-autogenous mills or in the subsequent fine grinding area involving ball mills.

We do not see ourselves as merely an equipment provider, but are instead able to offer a complete solution from civil engineering planning as well as statics, steelwork and material transport through to interim storage. This includes the electrical power supply as well as the plant control with visualization customized to your requirements.

In the area of iron ore pelletization, our service spectrum ranges from additive grinding using vertical roller mills and ore mixers through to pelletizing discs. Iron ores with increasingly finer liberation sizes mean demand for agglomerated products is rising. Their production with the required quality and throughput calls for profound raw material knowledge and design expertise.

Correct coordination of production requirements in line with the relevant process material can be determined in our company-internal pilot plant. Extensive characterization work combined with laboratory and pilot testing allows us to determine the correct processing scheme and realize the best possible design for your plant.
